Local Support
Your Local Supporting Locals
As part of the wider community, we want to be able to support organisations in our local area. With that in mind we have created a program called 'Your local supporting locals' that provides funding of up to $5,000, 3 times a year, to help a local organisation that is working hard to benefit our local community. There are some eligibility criteria but broadly applications are:
- Open to organisations that aren't operating for a profit that are education based, sport based, community service providers, philanthropic organisations or other not for profit organisations
- Open to eligible organisations within defined postcodes
- Funding will only cover the purchase of goods or services
- Funding is only for future focused projects that are due to be completed within 6 months
To achieve the funding a needed, we will focus our efforts in-house over a 3 month period to raise the funds requested. Guaranteeing that at the end of the 3 months, the successful application will receive the amount they have applied for, up to a maximum of $5,000.
